This exercise can be as short or as long as you want. It depends on how hard you push yourself! 💪

I’ve been doing it since Covid-19 started, and my time has improved by minutes — today it took me 10 minutes. 🥵

30 dumbbell swings + 10 jump squats
25 dumbbell swings + 15 jump squats
20 dumbbell swings + 20 jump squats
15 dumbbell swings + 25 jump squats
10 dumbbell swings + 30 jump squats
