Leg Day Exercises

Leg Day is a dreaded day for lifters. 

Why? Because your largest muscles are your legs: glutes, hamstrings, quadriceps. Larger muscle groups require more energy, and you get out of breath much more quickly. 

But that doesn’t mean you should shy away from pushing yourself once a week focusing on your legs. Strong legs help your core, posture, back pain, and can help alleviate hip, knee, ankle pain.
