30-Minute Full Body Workout

** Under 30 min full body workout (No weights needed!) **

So many of us are juggling the demands of work and kids at home that it’s hard to prioritize yourself. Here’s a quick workout you can do before work, or during your lunch break!

A couple notes:

– If you have any injuries, swap out the move for something similar.

– Try to do all of the reps. Its ok to take breaks, or modify!

2 rounds – 1 min break between the rounds

  1. 60 Jumping Jacks
  2. 50 Squats
  3. 40 Sit-ups
  4. 30 Tricep Dips
  5. 20 Push-ups
  6. 10 Burpees
